“Armed Bird” Kills Man During Cockfight

How’s this for poetic justice? The LA Times says a California man has died after being stabbed by an “armed bird” at a cockfight. The rooster, which had a knife strapped to it’s leg, stabbed the man in the leg. He later died from a “sharp force injury to his right calf.” Authorities are investigating whether a delay in seeking medical treatment contributed to his unfortunate death.
