Sandy Aids Acceptance of Global Warming


The devastation of Hurricane Sandy has put global warming back in the political spotlight, reports the LA Times this morning. From the Midwest’s recent “crop-withering drought” to the wildfires in the west of the country, and the aftermath of Sandy, examples of what global warming has in store have gone from conjecture to real-life examples. Polls indicate that 58 percent of Americans are now “very worried” about the impact of climate change.
