Judge to Lohan: You “Will Be Going to Jail”

In a statement that read like something straight off a Monopoly card, a judge told Lindsay Lohan yesterday that she “will be going to jail.” His warning was prompted by news that the prosecution in the starlet’s felony theft case had offered up a plea. A source told the LA Times that the plea deal includes six months of jail time. Lohan’s other options are to plead guilty or to face a “very public trial” that could quite possibly end in jail time too. And not only does Lohan have this latest charge to worry about, she could get some more time behind bars for violating her probation that resulted from a 2007 drunk driving charge. Lohan has until March 10 to accept the plea deal.
Oh, and in case you’re wondering, the Times says Lohan’s courtroom attire was more “subdued” than the painted on dress she wore last time. The actress chose a dark (and very low cut) blouse, ivory pants and five-inch platform heels for yesterday’s court appearance.
