Photo Shows Lohan in Missing Necklace

She seems to have a pattern. The New York Post says Lindsay Lohan’s latest brush with the law is a “carbon copy” of one she had three years ago when a Columbia student saw a photo of Lohan wearing her stolen fur coat. The student filed a police report but charges were dropped when Lohan’s people returned the coat.

This time around, it was a jewelry store owner who spotted a necklace he had reported stolen on Lohan in a paparazzi shot. The police were sent Lohan’s house yesterday to execute a search warrant but as they were about to start, one of Lohan’s people returned the necklace. When questioned, the starlet blamed her stylist for not returning the necklace on time, which she insisted was on loan. The Post says she is still the focus of a “grand theft probe,” a development that could send her back to jail when she stands in front of a Beverly Hills judge later this month.
