World Buzzing About Young Spelling Bee Contestant


There’s a pretty impressive profile of Lori Anne Madison in today’s Daily Mail. The six-year-old girl is the youngest person ever to qualify for the Scripps National Spelling Bee. Her parents say she started reading on her own before the age of two and secured her spot in the competition by correctly spelling vaquero. Her all-time favorite word? Sprachgefuhl.
