Woman Sues Cruise Ship For Going Too Fast

Because I’m a geek, I went to the “Captain’s Corner” Q & A session when I was on a cruise last December. And while I was there, I learned that all ships travel about the same speed. That makes the lawsuit I read about in USA Today this morning, about a woman suing Carnival because her cruise ship went too fast, all the more asinine. Her complaint is that the speed of the boat made her sick. According to her complaint, her body “swayed terrible”; She also says, “I had bleeding, which I had not has [sic] in three years.”
