Winter Grilling Takes Off


Who says you have to put your grill away when the temperature drops? The Wall Street Journal says cold-weather barbecuing has taken off in recent years, creating a year-round market for grilling accessories. The appeal of an indoor/outdoor dinner party seems obvious to enthusiasts: “It’s a lot more pleasant to stand next to a grill when it’s chilly than when it’s 100 degrees.”
