There’s an interesting, albeit macabre, question in today’s San Francisco Chronicle: what happens to all your online accounts when you die? Columnist David Einstein says it can be tricky for family members to get access to email accounts if they don’t have the passwords. He suggests keeping a comprehensive list of all your accounts, and their passwords, in case of an emergency.
