Dog poop is such a problem in Washington state that lawmakers spent $27,000 producing a music video aimed at encouraging pet owners to pick up after their animals reports the Spokane Spokesman-Review. Styled after Blackstreet’s 1996 hit, “No Diggity,” the song is called “Dog Doogity.”
