Seems like an inability to agree on flower arrangements may portend communication problems down the road. But the Wall Street Journal says the “split wedding” is growing more and more popular with couples who have differing visions for their big day. Lest your guests scoff at the prospect of ponying up for two knife sets, the Journal says be sure not to tell the truth—that you’re having two weddings. Instead opt for “split wedding,” which connotes “splitting the fun.”
