Transgendered Woman Accuses DMV of Privacy Invasion

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, employees of a DMV in California have figured out a way to make a visit to their offices even more excruciating. A transgendered woman says religious materials condemning homosexuality were mailed to her home after she tried to change the sex on her driver’s license from male to female. Lawyers for the woman say the DMV employee responsible was involved in a similar situation last year when he refused to process the application of another transgendered woman.
