Train Hits Parade of Wounded Vets, Kills 4

Some sad news on the front page of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram this morning. A parade of wounded veterans was hit by a train yesterday, killing four vets and leaving 17 others injured. Witnesses says the freight train barreled towards the flat bed truck carrying the vets as it tried to cross the railroad tracks. The truck remained stuck on the track because of another 18-wheeler in front of it. The float was part of a celebration to honor the wounded for their service.
