Police have thwarted a plan to murder and castrate Justin Bieber. Or as the New York Post says, “they arrested these nuts just in time.” Apparently a crazed fan hired two men to off the pop star and relieve him of his testicles, with each commanding a $2500 pricetag. The fan—a 45-year-old man with a tattoo on the Biebs on his leg—is serving time in New Mexico for four other murders.
