So much for family time. USA Today says “in this age of BlackBerrys and recession pressures,” working from home is not all it’s cracked up to be. Almost half of Americans say they bring work home with them, much of which is done after hours or on the weekends. That means that while parents are home more, they’re often checked out. Says one expert: “Kids are totally attuned. They know ... their parents are in la-la land.”
