Study: Soda Increases Risk of Heart Attack

When I need a caffeine boost in the morning, my drink of choice is Coca-Cola. But according to a new study by Harvard researchers, that’s a habit I might want to reconsider. The New York Daily News says men who drink at least one sugary beverage a day may have a higher risk of suffering a heart attack. The study found that those who drank just one soda or non-carbonated fruit drink a day increased their risk of heart attack by 20 percent.
