Study: People Need Beauty Sleep

According to the New York Post, Swedish researchers found that people who got eight hours of sleep versus five hours look more attractive. Which means I’m in trouble. The scientists photographed the faces of several sleep-deprived patients and compared them to shots of those who got a full eight-hour dose of beauty sleep. The subjects who were behind on their sleep were found to be “4 percent less attractive, 6 percent less healthy and 19 percent more tired.”

The BBC got a hold of some of the before and after photos used in the study.
