Looking to lose weight? A new study has found that nighttime fasting may be more effective than calorie counting, says the LA Times. Researchers say that mice who ate a high-fat, high-calorie diet did not gain weight when they quit eating when the sun went down and waited until breakfast to have their next meal. I guess you can have your cake and eat it—albeit a little earlier—too.
