Study: Men More Relaxed When Wife is Busy


File this under “duh”: A new study has found that men are more relaxed when they are…relaxing while their wives are busy doing housework. Explained one of the study’s researchers: “It’s sort of like, if you know your spouse is helping the kids with homework or she’s over there folding laundry, you can really put your feet up.” USA Today says women were more relaxed when their spouse was helping them with housework. Experts say the study is important because its the first to rely on biological stress indicators rather than just self-reported data.
