Tired? You’re in good company. According to a new CDC report, more than one third of Americans don’t get enough sleep each night. Seven to nine hours is the recommended dose for adults says the LA Times. School kids need more—about 10 to 11 hours. When asked, 38 percent of respondents said they had fallen asleep by accident. Five percent said they had fallen asleep while driving.
