Smart Clothes for a Smart Workout

We’ve got smartphones and smartcars—it was only a matter of time before someone developed smartclothes. The LA Times says the newest generation of work out clothes is nothing like the raggedy old shorts you used to pull on for a jog. Now, nanotechnology lets engineers create items that wick more sweat, keep you cooler and even monitor vital signs.

There’s even a company that extracts the odor from your sweat. Perhaps the most interesting innovation is that lots of these clothes don?t even look like exercise outfits because the scientifically sophisticated advances are hidden in clothing that looks like everyday garb.
