What do you do after months of escalating drug use and debauchery lead you to call in to a radio show and berate your bosses on air? Slap them with a lawsuit, of course. The latest installment of the Charlie Sheen show is this, according to the New York Post: he’s suing CBS and “Two and Half Men” producer Chuck Lorre for “mental anguish.” Sheen’s suit is allegedly for $320 million—he wants to be paid for the ninth season of the show, which hasn’t been taped yet. CBS has banned him from the Warner Bros. lot where “Men” is filmed. Talking to Radar Online, Sheen didn’t seem to worried: “Doesn’t matter too much, because after Wednesday, they’ll have to rename Warner Bros. as Charlie’s Bros. I will fire those clowns and bring in my own team.”
Charlie Sheen went the extra step of taking a drug test in front of Radar Online’s cameras. He passed.
