Segway Owner Dies on Segway

This is tragically poetic: The New York Post says Jimi Heselden, the man who owned Segway, died yesterday—while driving his Segway. He was 62.  Details are still fuzzy but authorities say Heselden was testing a new model on his country estate when he accidentally drove off a cliff. With a fortune estimated at around $300 million, he was one of the richest men in Britain. But Heselden was a self-made man who built a defense-contracting company from nothing after getting laid off from his mining job.
