Rove Memoir Gives “Ultimate Insider” Look into Bush Presidency

The New York Times looks ahead to the Karl Rove memoir due out next Tuesday and says it’s an “expansive account” of the Bush Presidency from the “ultimate insider.” In the book, Rove says he doubts whether George W. Bush would’ve invaded Iraq if he knew that there were no “unconventional weapons” in the country.
