A man, outfitted with a robotic arm after a serious car accident, says he was able to control his new arm using his mind. The Boston Globe reports that scientists believe the man was able to feel sensations because his “biomechanic hand [was] connected to his nervous system.” The man said it only took him a few days to master his new appendage and that it was “a matter of mind, of concentration.”
