Putin Wins Russian Election

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin’s “disputed victory” is on the front page of the Wall Street Journal this morning. Putin won yesterday’s presidential elections despite the “biggest anti-Kremlin protests in two decades.” The Journal has a photo of Putin looking teary-eyed, even though he’s known for being a manly man. He later made it clear to reporters that he wasn’t crying. He said the tear was caused by a chilly wind.
