The Playboy Mansion is being investigated by health department officials after dozens of people fell ill following a party held on the grounds. The Chicago Tribune says the respiratory symptoms resemble a milder form of Legionnaires’ disease, which is caused by a bacteria that thrives on the warm water found in hot tubs. Guests of the Playboy realized something was amiss after many tweeted about their symptoms and noticed similarities. Authorities say a fog machine that was used could also be to blame.
