Prosecutors in Colorado have charged a woman and her husband with bank fraud. They say the woman has incriminating files on her computer but there’s just one problem: They don’t know her password. They’re seeking a court order for her to turn it over, a move the Denver Post says “reframing Fifth Amendment rights in the context of a digital world.”
