Paralyzed Woman Moves Robotic Arm with Mind

A crazy medical demonstration on the front page of the Washington Post this morning. A paralyzed woman thinks and a robot arm moves accordingly. Scientists achieved the breakthrough by implanting a tiny chip into the woman’s brain. Placed on the part of the brain that controls movement, the chip was able interpret what the woman was thinking and translate it into an action.
