Opinion: Time for FCC to End Indecency Rule

The New York Times has an editorial this morning, calling on the FCC to end its “indecency” rule. Their argument? That the Internet has made it moot. The Times says it’s unfair that broadcast TV and broadcast radio are being singled out under the anachronistic rule, while audio and video streamed on the Internet goes unregulated.
