Obama: Generation’s Least Newspaper-Friendly President

The Washington Post points out something you might have noticed: President Obama rarely gives newspaper interviews. The president devotes much of his attention to TV interviews, followed by magazines, radio, and in distant fourth, newspapers. Calling him the “least newspaper-friendly president in a generation,” the Post says Obama may shy away from newspapers so he won’t have to contend with “contradictory comments from opponents or the shades-of-gray context about an issue.”
