North Korea Halts Nuclear Program

It seems as though like father, like son doesn’t hold true in North Korea. The Washington Post says Kim Jung Il’s son has backed away from his father’s nuclear program. The secluded nation announced yesterday that it would allow international inspectors to return, in exchange for US food aid and a promise that the US won’t try to overthrow the government.
