What goes well with NCAA basketball? How ‘bout a vasectomy? That’s the pitch one Iowa urology clinic is making says the Des Moines Register. TV and print ads for the Iowa Clinic suggest men go through the procedure today, “setting them up for a blissful, if somewhat tender, four-day weekend of recovery in front of nearly three dozen early round games.”

Apparently, it’s not a completely unique approach: Last year, a Chicago-based urology clinic threw in a pizza and a bag of frozen peas to sweeten the deal.

We’re still trying to find the Iowa Clinic commercial but a quick YouTube search uncovered several ads for ‘Vasectomy Madness.’ Below are two from Virginia:
