Nano Hummingbird the Latest in Espionage Technology

It’s a bird…It’s a plane…it’s both says the LA Times. A small company from Monrovia has, in conjunction with the Pentagon, developed a “pocket-size drone” which is capable of conducting battlefield reconnaissance. Nicknamed the Nano Hummingbird, security experts say mini drones represent a future where enemies can be spied on without their knowledge. Not only can the Nano Hummingbird fly at 11 miles per hour, it can hover, fly sideways, and every other possible way imaginable for up to eight minutes. Experts say in the future, mini drones will be able to fly through open windows and sit on power lines to collect information.
