Miley Cyrus is engaged at the age of 19, reports the New York Daily News this morning. She said yes after 22-year-old “Hunger Games” actor Liam Hemsworth got down on one knee and popped open a 3.5-carat Neil Lane diamond ring. Wondering how they keep the magic going? Cyrus described their relationship this way: “I’m pretty much in, like, all black and very into fashion. He’s so surfer boy. He could care less. But it’s about the inside and how you feel and connect spiritually. We connect in that way.”
