Igloo Unites Neighborhood

Some neighbors share gardening tools or cups of sugar. But in one Minneapolis neighborhood, it’s all about the community igloo. The Star Tribune says six housemates created their snow palace after seeing their neighbor retreat indoors after a summer of hanging outside. Featuring a “vented fireplace, candle alcoves and patio furniture,” the structure (which is technically called a quinzhee) has become the coolest place on the block to kick back.
