The “American Idol” finale is tonight. And today, the Washington Post has a great recap of the show’s first ten seasons, presented in a really useful interactive graph. Specifically, the paper takes a look at the commercial success of “Idol” winners. Under that banner, Carrie Underwood becomes the biggest winner ever, with 7 million albums sold. Chris Daughtry, who secured a fourth-place finish in Season Five, is the second most successful in terms of sales.
