How Much Shorter Will You Get?

It’s not just hair loss we have to look forward to—height loss, says the Wall Street Journal, is part of the aging process. But shrinking too rapidly can be an unhealthy sign, especially in men. Experts say women can expect to shrink a quarter to a third of an inch every decade after forty. Men, on the other hand, should only lose about 1.2 inches between the ages of 30 and 70. If you notice height loss at a faster clip, it could be an indication of health problems, in particular heart disease.
