Hair Club for Motorcylists

“This is not your father’s Hair Club.” The New York Times says what was formerly known (and often ridiculed) as the Hair Club for Men has gone through a makeover of sorts. Now known simply as the Hair Club, the company’s marketing campaign is focused on a new demographic: motorcycle riders with male pattern baldness. The company has joined forces with the Discovery Channel’s “American Chopper,” rolling out a bike in honor of its 35th anniversary that “featured the Hair Club logo and follicular flourishes like skulls sprouting hair in a flame pattern, forks that resembled razors, and custom rims meant to evoke the blades of scissors.”
