Go Ahead and Criticize Your Boss on Facebook

You can bad mouth your employer on Facebook, no matter what they say. The New York Times reports that federal regulators are pushing big companies to relax their stance on social media sites. They’ve even reinstated employees who were fired for their Facebook posts. Says a spokesman for the National Labor Relations Board: “Many view social media as the new water cooler…all we’re doing is applying traditional rules to a new technology.”
