Gel Manicures Linked to Skin Cancer Risk


There is a manicure red alert on the front page of the New York Post this morning. The big craze lately has been using gel nail polish because it lasts a long time. But experts are worried about the ultraviolet light that is used to dry the gel. The UV rays are linked to skin cancer risk and experts say women who get regular manicures should rethink their routine.
