If you’re growing bouquets on your balcony or have recently found yourself a secret admirer there’s some helpful tips about flower arranging in today’s New York Times. One of the keys is to spread out flowers of the same height so your arrangement doesn’t look flat.  Designing bouquets is catching on with a younger crowd, says the Times, one that finds a certain pride in making an arrangement rather than just ordering one.
