Fiscal Cliff Deal Passed to Obama

Well, they did it. Lawmakers managed to pass a 153-page fiscal cliff deal last night at 11 pm. The Washington Post says the deal was a “bitter pill” for the Tea Party-influenced House Republicans to swallow because it represents everything they hate about DC—“Too rushed. Too bloated. Too secretive. Too expensive.”
