Dognappers Demand Chihuahua Ransom

Ever wonder how much a Chihuahua ransom runs these days? The Sacramento Bee says two suspects were arrested after they tried to extort $200 from a pet owner in exchange for the safe return of her missing dog. The woman worked with police to setup the would-be dognappers who claimed they “were simply helpful citizens” returning a lost dog.
