Climate Change Challenged

Recent controversy about the exaggeration of climate change data prompted MIT professor Richard Lindzen to take to the opinion page of today’s Wall Street Journal with a counterpoint on global warming. According to Lindzen, data about climate change is notoriously hard to get right because the “measurement used, the globally averaged temperature anomaly (GATA), is always changing.”  He writes: “Sometimes it goes up, sometimes down, and occasionally?such as for the last dozen years or so?it does little that can be discerned.”
