‘Binders of Women’ Comment Goes Viral

Mitt Romney went viral during last night’s debate after he told the crowd gathered at Hofstra University that he had been presented with “binders of women” when he tried to find female members for his cabinet while governor of Massachusetts. The response on Twitter was fast and funny, as the Washington Post chronicles this morning. Even Big Bird got into the conversation, with this zinger: “Injustice. Binders full of women sold for $0.77 at Staples. Binders full of men selling for $1.00.”
