Best and Worst Airline for Redeeming Miles

Looking to redeem your frequent flyer miles? Well, hopefully you’re flying on Southwest—or at least not on Delta. The Wall Street Journal has a nice round up of which airlines make it easy for customers to redeem miles and those that don’t. Delta and US Airways tied for last place, having no seats available in the lowest tier of miles tickets about two-thirds of the time. Southwest, on the other hand, had seats available 100 percent of the time.
