Injuries from running have skyrocketed recently, says Minneapolis Star Tribune. This morning, the paper has some good advice on how to avoid an injury. Make sure your stride is short and that you land on the balls of your feet is one tip. Also, when you do get an ache, stop and analyze it instead of pushing through the pain.
