Does a Cup of Coffee a Day Keep the Doctor Away?


Even though I wake up before the sun rises, I’m not a coffee drinker. If I need a boost, I’ll reach for a Coke. But I’m still intrigued by the confusion about whether coffee has a good, bad or neutral effect on your health. USA Today has a nice round-up of the drink’s “perks and pitfalls” in this morning’s paper. I found it interesting that coffee drinkers are less susceptible to liver cancer.  And also that not only pregnant woman should avoid caffeine, those trying to get pregnant should too.
