What does it take to become governor of New Jersey? Some tears and a viral video. The Asbury Park Press says two years after five-year-old Jesse Koczon became a hit on YouTube for complaining he was too small to be governor, he got a chance at the job yesterday when Gov. Chris Christie made him the state’s big boss for a day. His brother Brandon was named Lieutenant Governor.
