The San Francisco Chronicle profiles a 14-year-old boy with some serious game, chess game that is. While there have been many prodigies in the history of chess, none have quite been like Daniel Naroditsky. Not only was he named a chess master at age 11, he’s written a textbook about the game. Says his enthusiastic chess club director: “He’s amazing. He needs to be cloned and his DNA distributed to the youth of America.”

There’s a funny article in the Toronto Star about Naroditsky. The headline says it all: “How I was humiliated by a grade-school chess prodigy.”
